It's a sound journey, not a destination.

For folks with focus issues - like me - silent meditation can feel like a blank white space. A live tapestry of gongs and crystal bowls gives your mind a gentle handle, something to carry you through.

Fossilized Leaf in Amber

Ancient practice, modern data

Across cultures, vibration has always been medicine. Today university labs are proving why:

  • Mood & stress relief. In a University of California, San Diego observational study, just one 60‑minute Tibetan‑singing‑bowl session cut participants’ tension, anger, fatigue and depressed mood by more than 39 percent. Read more here.

  • Nervous‑system reset. Korean researchers at Dongguk University showed that low‑frequency tones synchronized to each listener’s heartbeat sped the return of heart‑rate variability to equilibrium, signaling quicker vagus‑nerve recovery after stress. Read more here.

In other words, sound isn’t only relaxing—it’s measurable regulation.

How a sound journey experience with Trip unfolds:

1. Arrival online or in person - we start with our breath and a guided theme meditation. Each of you set your intentions personally for the session of the day.

2. Sound Immersion - a layered experience of live instruments tuned to the intention or theme of the session intentionally.

3. Integration - at the end we wrap up and bring everyone back with a recommendation to take a few moments after the session concludes to journal on your intention and experience.

Each participant chooses the vibe and intent aligned with the meditations and sound journey theme for the session.

Partcipants routinely report:

-

  • steadier breathing and a sense of calm

  • feeling lighter like they were able to release pent up anxiety

  • clearer thought streams from meditative stillness

  • lighter emotional  load ("it's like deleting old files")

  • overall sense of wellness

  • at times, participants can feel heavier if they have had a major release

  • it is not unusual for participants to fall asleep in the beginning, and that's ok

A Gentle Invitation

Our sound‑journey work is not a medical treatment, but it can be a powerful companion to therapy, yoga, mindfulness practice, or simply a busy life in need of reset.

Show up tired, skeptical, curious - or all three. The bowls meet you there and invite you forward. Ready to give it a try? Reserve a seat and let the frequencies do the heavy lifting while you breathe, listen and feel your way through your intentions.

For someone who is usually terrible at being in the present and paying attention to my body, I wasn't sure what to expect from this experience. What I found was truly amazing. Trip helped me focus on the here and now and guided my brain to a level of quiet that I rarely attain. I emerged from my session deeply relaxed and hopeful about my ability to slow down, stay curious and keep listening.

Trip's gong sessions create an immersive sound journey. By far his favorite instrument, he uses the vibrations of various mallets to generate tones with a wind and earth gong to guide you into deep relaxation and inner harmony.
